A high level mentally fit team and performance is measured and followed during the program the aim of the program is sustainable change

 

Practical

 

After introduction of the program, we have a team meeting every week (one hour) and the team members get an individual session of one hour each

Each team member will dedicate about 15 minutes a day to the mental fitness program, we work with real situations and move to the solutions of the company’s real problems, once a month we plan a workshop with the whole team (3 hours)

Minimum 3 participants, maximum 20

In this workshop we map possibilities and opportunities, working with real life case studies Your seniors learn the basic techniques of mental fitness, learn how to review situations, brainstorm, create opportunities from disasters

We look back and use experience in an innovating way, up with the self-confidence and determine their value in our new society
